These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Trevix Media website and the digital marketing services we provide. By engaging Trevix Media or using this website, you agree to these terms.

01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you (“Client”, “you” or “your”) and Trevix Media (“Trevix”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into an individual proposal, statement of work, quotation or service agreement with us, that document may contain additional terms. Where there is a conflict, the signed service agreement will generally take precedence for that engagement.

02. Services

Trevix provides digital marketing and growth services that may include strategy, paid advertising, social media management, creative production, content, lead generation, landing-page support, analytics, reporting and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and channels will depend on the agreed proposal or service plan.

We may use third-party platforms and tools, including advertising, analytics, communication, hosting and automation providers, to deliver services. Their availability, policies and technical limitations may affect delivery.

03. Fees, Billing & Payment

Fees are based on the scope agreed with the Client. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment terms shown on the applicable quotation or invoice.

  • Advertising spend, media budgets, platform charges, production costs, subscriptions and third-party fees may be billed separately where applicable.
  • Work may be paused if invoices remain overdue after reasonable notice.
  • Changes to scope, additional revisions or new deliverables may result in additional charges.
  • Any applicable taxes, including GST, are payable by the Client in addition to the quoted service fee unless expressly stated otherwise.

04. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate information, timely approvals, required brand assets, access credentials and other materials reasonably necessary to perform the work. Delays in approvals, information or access may affect timelines and campaign performance.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that claims, offers, products, services and materials supplied to Trevix are lawful and accurate and do not infringe third-party rights.

05. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Trevix retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, strategies, templates, processes, know-how, reusable systems and internal tools. Upon full payment, the Client receives the rights to use the final, client-specific deliverables created specifically for the engagement, subject to any third-party licences.

Stock assets, fonts, music, software, platform assets and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

06. Confidentiality

Both parties will use reasonable care to protect confidential business, financial, customer, campaign and technical information received from the other party and will use it only for the purposes of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already publicly available.

07. Performance & Limitation of Liability

Digital marketing involves variables outside Trevix’s control, including platform algorithms, auction conditions, competition, market demand, customer behaviour, policy changes and technical outages. Accordingly, we do not guarantee specific leads, sales, rankings, revenue, return on ad spend or other business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trevix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08. Suspension & Termination

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Outstanding fees for work already completed, committed third-party costs and approved expenses remain payable.

We may suspend services where continued work would create a legal, security, payment or platform-compliance risk.

09. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to any mandatory legal requirements and the terms of a signed service agreement, disputes will be subject to the appropriate courts and jurisdiction applicable to Trevix Media’s operating location.

10. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions, please contact Trevix Media through the Contact page or email us at hello@trevixmedia.com.
